Billion Year Voyage version 2 (Remix)2008, David Colagiovanni

Billion Year Voyage version 2 (Remix) 2008
HD video converted to SD video and broadcast on RTN 10 Community Access TV.

Billion Year Voyage version 2 (remix) was the inaugural episode for Acid Rain Production on Raleigh Television Network.
Acid Rain Production is a televised video-art series co-produced by David Colagiovanni and Jerstin Crosby. It airs on RTN 10, a cable access channel provided by the Raleigh Television Network and The Peoples Channel (CH. 8) in Orange County. Acid Rain Production is a unique venue for contemporary video work where a single video art piece loops continually for one hour, several times a week, for one month, on a community-based TV stations that reach over a million people in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill region. We hope that through the medium of television we can successfully link new-media artists to the community at large and bring about a better understanding of contemporary issues of artistic practice and social concern.
